Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of Sinan AI, sinan.one, and related services. Our platform operates as an AI tools directory and submission platform, including free listings, paid placement options, subscriptions, and related discovery services.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to use the service in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account information reasonably up to date.

Directory Listings and Submissions

When you submit a tool or related content to the directory, you agree that:

the submission information is accurate and not misleading;
you have the right to submit the tool, screenshots, branding, and related materials you provide;
your submission does not infringe the rights of others;
we may review, edit, reject, delay, unpublish, or remove a listing at our discretion;
free submissions may require a valid backlink or other submission conditions defined on the platform; and
paid submission benefits, if offered, are determined by the platform rules in effect at the time of submission.

Submission does not guarantee publication, ranking, traffic, approval, or ongoing placement.

Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions

If you purchase paid listings, subscriptions, credits, or related services:

you authorize us and our payment providers to process the transaction;
pricing, features, and billing terms may change from time to time;
unless otherwise stated or required by law, fees are non-refundable once the paid service or listing benefit has been provided; and
you are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges associated with your purchase.

Cancellations and Support

You may cancel an active subscription from your account billing settings when that option is available for your payment provider.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund services already delivered unless required by law or stated otherwise.
If you need billing help, listing corrections, or refund review, contact us at support@sinan.one. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

User Content and License

You retain ownership of the content you submit, upload, or generate, subject to rights you grant to us under these Terms.

You grant Sinan AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and use your submitted content as needed to:

review and moderate submissions;
publish and operate directory listings;
provide requested platform features;
maintain backups and records; and
protect and improve the service.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

submit false, deceptive, or spam listings;
impersonate another person, brand, or business;
upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the platform;
infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity; or
submit content, screenshots, or listing assets that violate law or platform policy.

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other enforcement action if you violate these Terms.

Third-Party Services and Links

The platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, and services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, practices, availability, or policies.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinan AI disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

listings will be approved, ranked, or remain published;
backlinks will always verify successfully;
the service will always be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinan AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the service.
